The Huon Gulf District Development Authority has rolled out a series of major community projects aimed at strengthening law and order, improving rural health access, and supporting ward‑level governance.
Key projects delivered include:
- Two new police institutional houses
- A 75HP banana boat and OBM for Zaka Health Centre
- K200,000 worth of disaster relief supplies for families affected by severe weather
- 20 bicycles for ward councillors to support mobility and community outreach
These initiatives reflect the district’s commitment to practical, community‑focused service delivery that directly improves the lives of residents across Morobe LLG.
